Overview

This was an exciting project and client to work with. Pagani, the luxury car brand was venturing out into the real estate space in collaboration with the firm Riviera Horizons. They were in the midst of raising capital for the ambitious project. We were tasked with creating a state of the art presentation to "wow" investors

I couldn't have done this project alone without the help and collaboration of the team. Working with other designers, marketers, and project managers. Together we were able to put something together that would let the firm stand out in an archaic industry. Bringing them to the digital age in style and optimizing the usability of the pitch deck to enhance and tailor the narrative.

An Interactive Pitch deck with to allow users to craft their narrative to their audience

THE PROBLEM

Investment decks are archaic, Lengthy, and Visually dry

Problems to Solve For:

RESEARCH

Understanding the issue and the Pagani Brand

Before getting started on design we first had to look at were the industry was at and how we could improve things. Traditionally investor pitch decks are 70+ long page documents of text and numbers.

We knew we could innovate on this by optimizing the user flow, by allowing them to craft the narrative depending on their audience. While also turning up the visuals. After all people buy with their eyes.

Information Architecture

Getting feedback from the sales team they told us the majority of presentations should flow all the way through. However sometimes investors ask questions and what to skip to certain sections. Adding a central navigation was key to this tailored experience.

Pagani Brand Research

This was one of the most fun parts for me! Being a fan of cars and design it was enjoyable to draw inspirations from the cars to digital.

VISUAL DESIGN

Creating a pagani inspired visual language

Deeper Dive

I wanted the branding to feel inspired to the Pagani Brand. I drew inspiration from the website and even the cars themselves. Working with the designers at Riviera Horizons we were also provided with a color styles to use through out the project.

Style Guide

The creation of a design system and components helped tremendously with saving time on edits that rolled in from the client

FINAL DESIGN

Hi Fi Prototype

Deeper Dive

Using the platform Tiled we were able to create a digital and interactive presentation with no code. While using a Figma plugin to transfer and manage the design file.

HI FI Design

We needed to provide multiple PDF versions for the client. Leveraging components was beneficial for consistency across versions.

Tiled Execution

Leveraging the scroll was key to creating an impactful experience.

This was a great learning experience of creating something new in the industry. Since there is this niche in the real estate world we will continue to utilize these and create templates for clients who need multiple pitch decks for their products
